02. Urinary Bladder 48 (UB 48 or BL 48) – Yang Gang
Urinary Bladder 48 is a popular acupressure point for hip pain and sciatica. This point is also called Yang Gang Point. The Bladder 48 point is very sensitive. It is situated at 1-2 finger width outside the sacrum, in midway between the top of the hipbone and the base of the buttock.
Refer above picture to find Urinary Bladder 48 point on both sides of sacrum. Apply mild pressure on UB 48 point and massage it for 1 to 2 minutes. Massaging Bladder 48 point will relieve your lower back ache, hip pain, sciatica, hip tension, pelvic tension, diarrhea and diabetes.
03. Gallbladder 29 (GB 29) – Squatting Bone Hole – Ju Liao
Gallbladder 29 is an effective acupressure point for the pain in hip and lumbar. You can find the GB 29 point on the side of the hip, in the hollow between top of the hip and top of the femur bone. The GB 29 point is also known as Squatting Bone Hole and Ju Liao point.
You can reach to Gallbladder 29 point by referring the above picture. Apply firm pressure on GB 29 point for 1 minute. If you feel much pain then reduce the pressure to mild and hold it for 1 to 2 minutes. The GB 29 point relieves hip pain, lumbar pain radiating to the lower abdomen, back pain, leg pain, leg paralysis, shoulder pain, hips numbness, sciatica and muscle sprain.
04. Gallbladder 30 (GB 30) – Jumping Round – Jumping Circle
Gallbladder 30 is a useful acupressure point. The GB 30 point has other names such as Jumping Circle Point and Jumping Round Point. The Gallbladder point is located on the lateral side of the buttocks, at junction of 1/3rd lateral and 2/3rd medial distance between greater trochanter and hiatus of the sacrum.

05. Gallbladder 31 (GB 31) – Feng Shi – Wind Market
Gallbladder 31 is also known as Wind Market Point. You can find the GB 31 point on the midline of the lateral aspect of thigh, 7 thumb above the transverse popliteal crease. You can refer the below picture to know the exact location of Gallbladder 31 point.
Find the GB 31 point and apply proper pressure on it. Hold the pressure firmly for 1 to 2 minutes and release it. Applying pressure on GB 31 point is beneficial to heal numbness, weakness and pain in the lower extremities, beriberi, hip pain, sciatica and skin disorders.
06. Gallbladder 34 (GB 34) – Yang Ling Quan – Yang Hill Spring
Gallbladder 34 is the last but important point for hip pain. The GB 34 point is also called Yang Hill Spring Point. You will find the GB 34 point below the outside of the knee in a depression below inferior and in front of anterior to the head of the fibula.
